Vestigo charges fees through the scheduled fee engine, authorized ad hoc charges, and protocol activities.
Fee-Charging Mechanisms
Scheduled Fee Engine
Runs once daily and charges scheduled fees due on the run date. Examples include maintenance fees and recurring patient fees.
Ad Hoc Fees
Authorized users add valid fees from the Billing tab of the Protocol Snapshot page.
Protocol Activity Fees
Fees occur from activities such as enrolling a patient, dispensing a drug, receiving inventory, and closing a monitor visit or protocol.
