These Vestigo reports provide a consolidated view of protocol inventory, dispensing activity, shipment receipts, send outs, participant-related prescribing details, temperature excursions, and cycle count activity. Together, they help teams monitor inventory status, track protocol activity over time, support operational review, and maintain clear documentation for reporting needs. ![](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-10-2026-03-19-28-2767-AM.png?width=616&height=441&name=image-png-Sep-10-2026-03-19-28-2767-AM.png) | **Report ** | **Description  ** | **File Format** | | --- | --- | --- | | Protocol Inventory Reports | All current inventory on hand, as well inventory in Returns or Quarantine and patient returns in Returns. | Spreadsheet | | Total Quantity Received and Dispensed Report  | Report that contains the quantities of inventory that have been received, dispensed, as well as returns information.  | Spreadsheet | | Cycle Count Report | A spreadsheet of information on cycle counts by date, drug, location, and schedule. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Drug Status Report  | A detailed report with dates of last activities; useful for NIH/NCI Reporting. | Spreadsheet | | Shipment Receipts Report  | A summary and detailed version report of inventory receipts. Detailed version includes itemized inventory. | Spreadsheet | | Send Out Report | Lists all the send outs done for a given date range and facility.  | Spreadsheet | | Patient Send Outs with Prescription Info Report | A list of prescription and send out details entered for a Patient Send Out. | Spreadsheet | | Temperature Excursion Report | A Vestigo generated Temperature Excursion Report. Can be used in place of sponsor forms. One form is generated per recorded Temperature Excursion in the Temperature Excursion pathway. | Spreadsheet | | Inventory On Hand with Patient Count and Dispense Quantity  | Returns a list of all drugs on the study with the current QOH, active patient count, and dispensed quantity. | Spreadsheet | | Dispensed Inventory Report  | A breakdown report of dispenses along with return related information. This will also include barcode validation information if the site uses this module. Requires Barcode Validation Addon.
