This article provides an overview of the reports available in Protocol Snapshot, including where to find each report, what information it contains, and the format in which it can be downloaded. It covers the Protocol Summary Report, Drug Returns Report, Patient Enrollment History for the protocol, and the Monitor Visit Report.   | **Report** | **Where Available** | **Description** | **File Format** | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Protocol Summary Report | Protocol Snapshot \> Protocol | This report takes all the information from the Protocol page of Protocol Snapshot  and generates a downloadable document for any physical binders. | Word Doc | | Drug Returns Report | Protocol Snapshot \> Inventory Tab \> Manage Drug Returns | A comprehensive list of inventory that has passed through returns.
