[Monitor Visits](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/protocols?hsLang=en#monitor-visits) October 14, 2026 # Monitoring Visits Overview Overview of monitor visits, including monitor access, authorizations, activity tracking, account management, and visit reporting through Vestigo Verify™.  #### Vestigo Verify™ Vestigo Monitor Module, Vestigo Verify™ allows research pharmacies to grant temporary and restricted access to monitors for the purpose of reviewing and authorizing information in Vestigo. By storing monitor information in a centralized database across all Vestigo sites, Vestigo Verify™ allows monitors streamlined access to the system. All monitors who visit Vestigo clients are capable of being scheduled and accessing Vestigo Verify™. Monitors will be able to login into the Monitor site but will only have access to protocols when the site has granted them access. To login, the monitor’s email will be their username. We encourage only one email for each monitor. If the monitor is using multiple emails, they will need indicate which email they are using for your visit, as only one email can be associated with a scheduled visit.  ##### Monitor Authorizations and Cosigns A monitor can authorize an item in Items in Returns and Items in Quarantine for destruction or return to sponsor. A monitor can also cosign a completed destruction or return to sponsor. All monitor actions on the main IDS screen will be available to view on the Manage Drug Returns grid. There is a column on the far right indicating the appropriate authorization: None, Destruction, and Return to Sponsor. Additional authorization is available by selecting the service date. This will display the monitors email address)/date/time stamp. Please see the Protocol Reviewer Guide for more information on monitor functionality. ##### Monitor Audit Log To allow sites visibility to a monitor’s activities while accessing the protocol, users can view this information on the Protocol Report titled Monitor Activity Audit Log and on the Monitor Visit Close screen under Monitor Audit Log. ##### Edits to Monitor Accounts A monitor’s email address is their username and signature during authorizations and reviews. For this reason, ***a site, monitor, and support cannot edit an email address for a monitor account***. If the email address is wrong or has been changed, please create a new monitor account, then email support with the new and old email and reason for adding the new email. ***A monitor can log in anytime to edit their name, phone number and company name under My Account.*** No visit or access set up is needed to do this as a monitor can log in anytime. ##### Download Monitor Visits Report This is an Excel Report of all visits that start or end within the date range on the Monitor Visits screen. - Enter the date range that you would like to view on the report - Select the link “Download Monitor Visits” The Download Monitor Visits Report provides the site with several pieces of information that can be used to reconcile the monitor’s visit: - Details regarding the visit and access - Cancellation Reasons - \# of Action Items - \# of Action Items Pending Response - \# of Action Items Pending Monitor Completion - \# of Action Items Completed - # of Monitor Return Actions    - [From McCreadie Group](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/from-mccreadie-group?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Features in Action!
