This is possible, but there are some important things to consider. While a change to the label template may seem like low impact, modifying the label template impacts all facilities that utilize that label template. We ask that you get approval from all sites that utilize the label template prior to reaching out to support via email or you can submit a ticket using this link and selecting the Request Type *Vestigo Label Modification*. 1. The request must be made by a site Vestigo System Administrator by sending an email to Vestigo Support 2. The requestor must confirm if all sites that utilize the label approve of the change 3. A description of the changes requested to which label. A copy of the current label that contains markup of the requested modifications. **Please redact any PII on any Vestigo labels, prior to sending to Vestigo Support.** 1. A list of available fields can be reviewed [here](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/vestigo/fields-that-can-be-used-on-vestigo-labels?hsLang=en)   Please allow for 2-3 business days to complete the change request.
