Modifying contact records allows sites to correct or modify any contact record information in the event of a name change or a data entry error when entering the contact. Modifying contact records can impact historical data where the contact's information appears on a report, and will appear in the contact audit trail about the updates.   ### Permissions Needed **ContactsSearch** – Search for contacts in the address book **ContactAddEdit** - Add/Edit a contact.    ### Modifying a Contact Record **Caution** - Modifying contact records can impact historical data where the contact information appears on a report. 1. Navigate to the **Address Book** on the Vestigo home screen 2. Type in the contact's first or last name only 3. Click **Search** 4. Click **Edit** on the contact you wish to modify 5. Add in additional details as needed 6.
