If documents were uploaded over time that were meant to be visible to the protocol or the monitor, you can update the visibility of each category of documents.  1. Navigate to the **protocol** 2. Click on **Protocol Documents** or **Transaction Documents** 3. Click on **Manage** 4. In the category you want to modify, select *Yes or No* from the drop down menu ![](https://support.vestigo.biz/base/media/url/VPyks9MXyGkWndBfQ343Lwi0vGIftZnH) 5. Then check the *Monitors, Protocol, or check both flags* 6. Click **Save**. All the documents uploaded into that category will be modified to the visibility settings that the user set.
