The main categories are not adjustable, but the subcategories can be defined here and applied a protocols or templates to calculate the time values automatically. Vestigo provides sites the ability to capture time-based workload (time to complete a task). These tasks include protocol initiation, patient enrollment, dispensing, and much more. Each category may have as many subcategories as necessary. Each subcategory is assigned a default amount of time in minutes but is adjustable when recording.  This article covers the creation of the subcategories that are associated to one of the eight types of workload in Vestigo. - Workload related to dispensing activities - Workload related to dispensing activities - Workload related to protocol effort per month - Workload related to enrolling patients into a protocol - Workload related to monitor visits - Workload relating to protocol close - Workload related to Inventory Management - Workload related to send outs - Workload related to competency management ### Permissions Needed **AdminMain** – Access the application administrative menu **EditClientandFacilitySettings** - Along with App Admin, this permission should enable/disable the "Edit Client and Facility Settings" page **WorkloadCategories** - Application Administration \> Edit Client and Facility Settings \> Workload Categories. Ability to manage the workload categories. ### Creating Workload Subcategories and Values 1. Navigate to **Application Administration** 2. Click on **Edit and Client Facility Settings** 3. Click on **Workload Categories** under Client Settings on the right side 4. Select a **Workload Category** from the drop down menu 5. Click **Add New** 6. If the protocol used the default values and a shipment normally takes 30 minutes to complete but it took 45 minutes, this can be adjusted at the time of the transaction. 7. Click **Save** Repeat this step as many times to add all the necessary categories. Navigate to **Application Administration** 2. Click on **Edit and Client Facility Settings** 3. Click on **Workload Categories** under Client Settings on the right side 4. Select a **Workload Category** from the drop down menu 5. Click **Edit** on the subcategory you wish to edit 6. Apply the necessary changes 7. Click **Save** Editing workload values and subcategories do not impact historical records, workload templates, or protocols where the workload was applied. ### Inactivating Workload Subcategories and Values Sites cannot inactivate Workload Subcategories.
