From protocol listings and dispensing history to IRB status, patient visits, budgets, contacts, and chain of custody, these spreadsheet-based reports support accountability, audit-ready documentation, and real-time visibility across clinical trial workflows.   ### Required Permissions **ProtocolReportsAccess** - Ability to run Protocol Reports at the global level. **Note** - Users will need a role with the report permission per facility they should have access to in order to generate reports for that facility. If a user has a role with these permissions in less than all facilities at that client site, when they select “All Facilities”, the report will only include data for those facilities they have access to, not all facilities actually available within the client site.   | **Report** | **Description** | **File Format** | | --- | --- | --- | | Download Protocols  | Lists the protocols in Vestigo.  You will be able to specify facility as well as open vs. closed protocols.  | Spreadsheet | | Download Protocol Dispensing History  | A prescription log across all protocols.   | Spreadsheet | | Expired IRBs  | Returns a list of the protocols with an expired IRB.  Able to select facility and number of days to look forward.  | Spreadsheet | | Protocols Last Activity  | Report that shows when the last activity (Inventory transaction and Dispense transaction) occurred, whether the protocol currently has inventory, and the current active patient count on the study. A report to use for NIH and NCI inventory management. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Listing by Protocol Group  | List the number of protocols in each protocol status and protocol group. | Spreadsheet | | Chain of Custody – All Protocols  | A report of all steps and data captured per protocol. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Contacts  | Listing of active contacts on each protocol. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Access Codes  | User and private or public status and the URL for the access codes from each protocol Access Codes. | Spreadsheet | | Patient Visit Report | This report returns a list of all patient visits that are scheduled, any notes, and fill status. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Budget Report | A list of all budgets created for each protocol that falls in the filters applied. Can be run as a summary or detailed report. | Spreadsheet | | Protocol Checklist Report | A report that displays all active checklists on active protocols.
