Certificates of Destruction are documents that certify inventory has been destroyed by the site. All actions taken on an inventory return, including witnesses or authorizations will display on the record, if the inventory had those actions recorded. Navigate to the **Protocol** 2. Click on the **Inventory Tab** 3. Click on **Manage Drug Returns** 4. Click on the correct **Items Already Destroyed** 5. (Optional) Adjust the date filters 6. Click Generate a Certificate of Destruction 7. **Select** all appropriate items or click the **Select All** 8.
