# Email Invoices And Statements Of Activity

## Instructions for Vestigo billing users to email invoices or statements of activity from the Invoices and Statements of Activities page.

 Vestigo sends a separate email with a PDF attachment to each billing account contact whose email option is enabled. 

**Important** -  Confirm that the billing account contacts who should receive the message have the invoice/SOA email option enabled. 

**Note:** Invoices and Statements of Activity will generate as a pdf document and can be printed or directly emailed from the application.

### **Emailing Invoices or Statements**

1. Select a billing cycle from the **Billing Cycle** list under **Billing Management**, **Billing Main**
2. Select **Manage Invoices/Record Payments**
3. Select the checkboxes for the invoices or accounts to email on the Invoices and Statements of Activities page
4. Click **Email Selected Items**

5. Enter the **email message** and **reply-to email address**

6. Click **Submit**. *Vestigo sends a separate email and PDF attachment for each selected billing account who has the email flag set to True.*
