[Competencies](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/competencies?hsLang=en) October 12, 2026 # Competency Reports ## An overview of the competency reports available in Vestigo for reviewing competency requirements, user completions, restrictions, and upcoming expiration dates. ### Generating Competency Reports Four competency reports are available under **Protocol Management \> Competency Management**: ![](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2026-03-03-26-0847-PM.png?width=670&height=377&name=image-png-Oct-02-2026-03-03-26-0847-PM.png) ##### Competency Summary Report The **Competency Summary Report** identifies the competencies attached to a protocol. - **Summary version:** Displays all competencies attached to the protocol. - **Detailed version:** Displays all competencies attached to the protocol, including the role restrictions assigned to each competency. **Note:** When a Global Competency is included, the report also identifies the other protocols linked to that competency. ##### Pharmacy Training Records Report The **Pharmacy Training Report** displays competency completion information for all eligible users on a protocol. This report is also available to monitors in Vestigo Verify. This report is avaialble to generate against a single competency or all competencies within the protocol. ##### Competency User Restriction Report The **Competency User Restriction Report** displays all competencies that could apply to a selected user, along with the user’s completion history. ##### Users with Expiring Competencies Report The **Users with Expiring Competencies Report** identifies competencies that will expire within a selected number of days for an individual user or all users. **Tip:** Protocol-specific competency reports can also be generated from the protocol’s Reports tab.    - [From McCreadie Group](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/from-mccreadie-group?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Features in Action!
