[Billing Accounts](https://vestigohelp.mccreadiegroup.com/en/knowledgebase/billing?hsLang=en#billing-accounts) October 12, 2026 # Billing Account Contacts ## Instructions for Vestigo billing users to add contacts to a billing account Account contacts identify the owners of the financial account and are also the individuals that can be automatically emailed an invoice or a statement of activity. Account contacts must be in the address book first. When adding a contact, select the contact, select the role they have for that account and whether or not the account contact should receive an email copy of the invoice or SOA. ### **Contact Roles** Assign one of the available contact roles: - Account Billing Administrator - Account Other Contact - Account Primary Investigator  **Note -** Invoice or statement-of-activity emails are sent only when Send invoice/SOA emails to this contact is selected.   ### **Adding an Account Contact** 1. Open the billing account 2. Select **Add New** in the **Account Contacts** section 3. Select the contact 4. Select the contact role 5. Select **Send invoice/SOA emails to this contact** when the contact should receive billing emails 6.
